Sunny Daze · Chic condo in Concord close to Nascar

The check in was seamless due to Heathers thorough communication. We arrived and found Sunny Daze” was very clean and I am generally picky. The water pressure was great in the shower and having laundry available was a plus! We really enjoyed the ability to walk to restaurants and a bar for drinks. There was also a winery, ice cream shop, bakery and more. We were surprised at how quiet things were there and had a good nights sleep. We also enjoyed having the Roku available to watch in the evenings. We would definitely recommend Heather’s “Sunny Daze,” if you are in the Charlotte area.

Room was clean and perfect price wise! Host is really nice and stayed in contact all the way from booking to check out.

Everything was adequate…but I wouldn’t call it “chic”. Bed was comfortable, the place was basically clean, but the surfaces are dingy, countertops splitting. The upstairs neighbors are very noisy late night and early morning. There was a washer and dryer, but no detergent which made it unfunctional unless you went and bought a regular sized detergent for one load. What a waste! I expected more, albeit functional.

This was in a very nice and quiet place. We thoroughly enjoyed our trip and will stay here again!!

I enjoyed my stay. I have rebooked for another week I enjoyed it so much!
